Chop 1/2 onion and 1/2 green pepper into small pieces & put into a bowl.
Take about 4 slices of bacon & trim off the fat & put the meat into a bowl. Take 2 pinches of garlic & sprinkle over the meat.
2 pinches of meat tenderizer in a separate cup whip 1 egg & add pepper then dump into the bowl with meat.
Add 3 tbsp. of Dales Steak Seasoning to the bowl. Mix everything & separate into 4 burgers. Take provolone cheese squares & fold into a 1/4 layered square.
Press the burger center down & put the square of cheese in the center & fold the rest of the meat back around it.
Cook until the cheese in the middle is completely melted & to your preferred liking.
Take a whole wheat bun & place spinach leaves on it & add the burger.
