Beef Louise

ingredients

• 1/2 lb. stew meat
• 2 pkg onion soup mix
• 2 cups Burgundy or Rose wine
• 1 can golden mushroom soup
• 1 can water

directions

1. Mix together in a heavy pan. Cover with a tight lid. Bake 3 hours at 325 degrees.
2. Serve over noodles.
