Unwrap Alwan’s Ribeye out of White Butcher Paper. Let Ribeye get to room temperature. Place on cutting board. Cover both sides with light olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning on one side of Ribeye.
Heat grill to 500-550 degrees. Don’t let it get too hot.
Place on grill. Grill each side for about 6 minutes for medium-rare (only flip once). Take off grill and cover or wrap in foil for 8 minutes.
